finally after all my weeks of lazyness i decided to do some excersises

well it's good to leave at least a bit of internet dependence
and reactivating asleep bones it's the goal for the rest of the year.
So Starting a healthy way of life
1. Good diet, nothing about greasy food
2. nO sodas ( that will not be so difficult at least for me )
3.Excercises of course
what else...
nothing more comes to my mind. well these are the important ones.

Now i must say. eat vegetables and fruits :)
