Let's be active

Feeling like a Robot, but a broken one any movement and my bones were crushing
finally after all my weeks of lazyness i decided to do some excersises
my God ! ! i was dying ,feeling dizzy i think my grandma could do it better than i
where did my elasticity run?
I think...FAR FAR AWAY
well it's good to leave at least a bit of internet dependence
and reactivating asleep bones it's the goal for the rest of the year.

So Starting a healthy way of life
1. Good diet, nothing about greasy food
2. nO sodas ( that will not be so difficult at least for me )
3.Excercises of course
what else...
nothing more comes to my mind. well these are the important ones.



Now i must say. eat vegetables and fruits :)

How do you see the day?

Cloudy or sunny?

I have tried not to use my heart on my sleeve (experiences made their effect, Result : it really hurts,to be hurt.)

I need to learn.

Well i'll just forget it and make my life.

That's only that i wanted some motivations to make it.

i think there must be other ones.

i just need to find them...

The fact, the sun is there shining but i just can't feel it, that's why today is a cloudy one for me.
